Meghan Markle may have access to some of the world’s finest jewels, but she often decides to wear designs that are not only more affordable but also made from sustainable materials. The 43-year-old American is a huge fan of Mejuri that’s price point start at just £38 for a show-stopping pair of earrings, which you can buy here now.

Mejuri is a Toronto-based brand but thankfully ships to the UK. It was founded by Noura Sakkijha, a third-generation jeweler back in 2015.

All of their products are designed in-house and are made from sustainable materials which are also sourced ethically. They have quickly built celebrity following which includes the likes of A-listers Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez.

Thanks to their minimalist aesthetic, customisable pieces and stand-out collections Meghan has donned a variety of looks since 2018. The Duchess of Sussex stepped out wearing a stacking ring when she was on a trip to Edinburgh along with Prince Harry, before they stepped down as working members of the Royal Family.

She has not stopped wearing designs since and even wore a stunning pair of earrings earlier this summer on their Columbian tour. Meghan wore the Chunky Huggie Hoops which are just £68 and you can buy them here if you click on the link.

They are described as: “The most pillowy hoops you’ve ever seen, and they stack like a dream. Featuring a clicker closure for maximum comfort and security.” However

However, they are said to “not to be confused with regular gold plating” as the vermeil is a thick layer of 18k solid gold on sterling silver.

This means they are made to last and “you get the look and feel of gold jewellery at a fraction of the price.”

One customer shared: “Beautiful. I love the chunky Huggies hoops. Perfect in my second piercing, but not too large to look overdone or gaudy.”

“Love these, they’re perfect for every day. Not heavy and goes with everything. I love that they’re a little chubbier than my Bold Hoops and add a little extra elevation to my outfits,” added a second.

While a third agreed and said: “I really enjoy these. They’re the perfect size and super comfy. I even sleep in them too and feel no discomfort.”

However, a firm fan favourite was when she attended the Variety Power Of Women event in California last year and completed her jaw-dropping ensemble with the Tube Medium Hoops, which retails at £98.

You can buy them here if you click on this link – and they come in three different sizes as well as gold and silver.

She teamed them up with the gold Charlotte Bold Ring which is £98 which is at the top end of their prices, and you can purchase it now.

It is described as: “A sweet addition to your patisserie, inspired by the iconic French dessert. Turns out you can have your cake and eat it too.”
