Part of Shark’s most intelligent vacuum cleaner ranger, the Detect Pro is ideal for households with pets and can be used on carpets, hard floors, soft furnishings and vehicle interiors.

Picks up well, brush head picks up long hair and pet hair well… Great for doing a few rooms at a time. Really like the auto detect as it changes the power setting depending on how dirty the floor is… Auto empty feature is great.”

The vacuum has anti hair wrap technology, up to 40 minutes runtime on full charge, and can also transform into a handheld option. As well as the handy pet tool, it comes with a crevice tool, upholstery tool and a dusting brush.
The Shark Anti Hair Wrap Cordless Pet Vacuum Cleaner has earned an overall rating of four stars, with one buyer commenting: “A bit heavier than I expected but really does a great job… This little treasure folds over and tucks in a corner or under my stairs. I no longer have to take scissors to the hair that is wrapped around the brush bar and I love the way it can reach beneath furniture. A very good buy.”
However, one person was sadly left unimpressed, as they noted: “Each time I’ve had to charge the battery before use… I also find it to be top heavy when using it as a normal vac. I am sure it’s quite robust, but the more I use it with all the attachments, the more I feel that it’s not as strong and stable as you would expect. The dust collector drum is a two-handed job, it doesn’t just open with the push of the button.”

While one shopper was left ‘disappointed’ as they found it ‘heavy, noisy and not very good on hard floors’, many other buyers left glowing five-star reviews.
One reads: “It is excellent on both carpets and bare floors. It cleans right up to the edge and collapses down to clean under furniture. The anti hair wrap feature is excellent. The battery lasts more than long enough to clean the whole house on one charge… It’s so convenient not to have to worry about having an electric cable. My only regret is not buying this cleaner before now.”
