The Princess of Wales made her first official public appearance last month since completing her chemotherapy treatment and delighted royal onlookers with a sensational winter look. The 43-year-old made a shock announcement at the start of the year, when she said that she had been diagnosed with an unspecified form of cancer, which forced her to step away from public duties.

For her return to public duties, Kate decided to go for bold tones which complemented her long brown locks. She opted for a chic burgundy midi dress which featured a polka dot print.

She is a huge fan of the British high-street brand Whistles and has donned many ensembles from the label over the years. After her appearance sparked a frenzy, the dress sold out within minutes but, thankfully, has since been re-stocked.

Not only is the dress still available, to many fashionistas’ shock, but it has been slashed in the sale, saving you a whopping £50. It was originally priced at £149 but is now £99—sizes range from a 4 to a 12.

However, there is only a limited amount left in the Spot Print Trapeze Midi Dress so you need to be quick. If want to grab the elegant and easy-to-wear design, you can click here.

Customers have left rave reviews, with one person saying: “Beautiful dress. I absolutely love it.”

While another added: “Just love it. So easy to wear and perfect for all occasions. I am a teacher so [I] wore it [at] work then was able to put on a pair of heels and dress it up. It is loosely fitted so true to size.”

However, one customer chimed in and said they felt they had to accessorize after feeling a little bare: “I have kept the dress but needed to add a belt as the fit is very baggy although size 8 is the correct size.”

Kate decided on the autumnal look when she joined her husband Prince William on a surprise official engagement.

When they arrived in Southport, the couple  visited the families of three young girls who were killed in a brutal knife attack back in July. It was reported at the time that Kate had decided to join William, 42, to show her “support, empathy and compassion to the local community”.

For the occasion, she paired the dress with a longline Alexander McQueen coat in a chocolate brown shade, which is another gorgeous staple for the winter.
