If you’re lucky travelling in luxury is well quite a luxury but it turns out some airports are better than others.
They based their results on luxurious amenities, including a variety of shopping options, champagne and caviar availability, the number of lounges and nearby high-end airport hotels.
So which airport is the most luxurious?
Dubai International Airport in the United Arab Emirates came top scoring an impressive 82 out of 100.
Dubai International Airport scored highly thanks to having over 30 different lounges for passengers to enjoy before they boarded their flight.
It was closely followed by London Heathrow Airport which got 82 out of 10 and Hamad International Airport in Qatar which scored 73.
Here are the top 15 most luxurious airports in the world and their ranking out of 100.

Sydney International Airport (Australia) – 61
Singapore Changi Airport (Singapore) – 61

Frankfurt Airport (Germany) – 52
Narita International Airport (Japan) – 49
New York John F. Kennady International Airport (USA) – 48
Incheon International Airport (South Korea) – 45
Munich Airport (Germany) – 45
Zurich Airport (Switzerland) – 44
Tokyo Haneda International Airport (Japan) – 42
Overall, Asia ruled the rankings with eight out of the top 15 airports found in this continent.
Meanwhile, five of the top 15 airports were found in Europe and just one in North America.
Some of the airports included luxury features such as indoor gardens, Michelin-star restaurants, swimming pools and even a golf course.
