A celebrity-endorsed firming serum for sagging neck is causing a stir among shoppers and reportedly sells one bottle every minute. The Boost Lab Edelweiss Neck Firming Serum, priced at £24.99, has won TV star Lisa Snowdon’s seal of approval after she tested it for two weeks.
The serum aims to lift and smooth ‘crepey’ skin on the delicate neck area using Edelweiss extract, which helps to support collagen production, as well as target wrinkles and ageing. It also claims to improve elasticity with Tef seed extract. Beauty Pie’s Über Youth Neck and Chest Super Lift Serum-Spray, which boasts similar effects, is more expensive at £38 per bottle.
Lisa posted a video on her Instagram explaining how much she appreciates the product, with the caption stating: “We only start to take action with our necks when we start to see the changes, don’t we? Is it too late by then to tone and smooth that area? Well, so many of you have been asking me what to do about those lines appearing and lack of firmness, so I wanted to trial a new Neck Firming serum over a two week period to see if I could notice any improvement.
“This product from @boostlabco is a super lightweight serum that you apply to clean dry skin, twice a day as the first step in your skincare routine – then you can add whatever else you like to use, any additional serums, creams, oils and in the daytime of course your SPF.”
She gave fans an update on the seventh day of using the Boost Lab serum and said: “I’m seeing the difference, the middle bit there. It’s definitely firmer, smoother, tighter.”
The Edelweiss Neck Firming Serum has garnered an average rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 3,688 reviews, with 2,600 perfect five-star ratings. One shopper enthused: “I am totally hooked. My once sagging neck is firming up everyday of use. My husband cannot pull in my neck and call me chicken anymore.”
Another customer wrote: “Can’t believe the difference in just 7 days. Just love this product. Have just received a few other products, so excited to see how they go.”, reports the Manchester Evening News.
A third reviewer said: “Wonderful. My neck has long been a horror for me as I am only 59. I have been using the serum for around 3 weeks now and it is much improved.”
But some customers said they have been waiting to see the results despite finishing the entire bottle, with one sharing: “I don’t see any difference to my neck area and skin doesn’t even feel tighter very disappointing.”
