Shoppers can buy the coveted grey Brow Pencil on the Jones Road website, as well as in five additional colours – it’s also available on Liberty London at a discounted price of £19.80, but this does not include the grey option.

The acclaimed Brow Pencil has shoppers swarming with admiration, garnering upwards of 4,400 reviews on the Jones Road website. Customers extol the pencil for its finishing effects and ease of application.

“As I get older my brows seem to lose thickness,” one customer remarked. “This pencil adds just enough colour to make them look natural and it stays put all day”, as reported by OK!.

“You don’t have to be a makeup artist to get great looking brows because this pencil does the work for you without looking like you used a marker to fill them in. The grey color is amazing and just right for silver hair. ” another penned.

“I’m 65, and my eyebrows are very sparse at the outer edge. This pencil helps me achieve a natural looking brow. It takes years off me and I think I look younger with that.”

Makeup pioneer Bobbi Brown, the brains behind Jones Road, has revealed her ultimate tips for eyebrow perfection using this Brow Pencil, advising: “I love to use every little bit of eyebrow hair that grows naturally, adding The Brow Pencil in key places. Filling in the top of the brow arch adds lift. Adding strokes to the inner edge of the brow (close to your nose) frames the eyes. Also great for extending the outside tip of the brow.”

Other than The Brow Pencil, Jones Road’s Miracle Balm is a must-try and beauty writer Tiffany Lo shared her thoughts on the multipurpose blush in shade Pinched Cheeks.

Writing on Mirror Online, she said: “Initially I was worried about putting too much product on, as the Miracle Balm looks like dark purple rather than pink in the pot. But as I warmed up the balm to soften the formula, I realised it’s a sheer blush with really subtle pink tones. Because of the waxy balm texture, applying the blush with bare hands is the best – you simply take the product and dab it lightly across your cheek bones.

“It’s hard to spot the makeup if you only apply one layer so dabbing two to three layers on will give you the ‘pinched cheeks’ look – and the bonus is the sheer glow. A friend of mine noticed the reflective shimmer when the sunlight hit my face and described it as a goddess look.” No wonder why one is sold every 30 seconds and it is Liberty’s bestseller, according to Jones Road.

While the Jones Road Brow Pencil gives good coverage, some disliked the idea of having to buy The Sharperner, which adds an extra £8 on top. One said: “I need a grey and this is good- the color works. My concern is sharpening – and I don’t want to buy another gadget to drag around esp when I travel- a lot!!”

Alternaitvely, Suqqu’s eyebrow products are equally excellent – their 3D Control Eyebrow Palette (now £32, was £40 at Liberty) which is available in two colours – sand and black brown, is amazing and handy for travel.

It comes with a double-ended brush for application. The taupe, dark brown and black colours on the palette are easy to mix the perfect shade to match eyebrow hair. It also gives a more natural look as opposed to solid colour-blocked brows.

REFY’s Eyebrow Tint is another fan favourite, currently reduced to £12.80, the unique round applicator hold the colour as it “stays on and smudge proof”. One shared: “This product has been a life saver for those on the go days. As a first time mum I have to be out the door most mornings and this adds a nice colour fullness whilst also taming the brows.”
