Easter bank holiday hours for B&Q, Wickes, Homebase and Screwfix

2077

Retailers across the UK have warned customers of store closures over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. Government rules state that stores across England and Wales must remain closed for business on Easter Sunday, April 20, if they are larger than 280 square metres.

Supermarkets, DIY stores and your favourite fashion retailers are among those that will adjust their opening hours to observe the bank holiday. Major DIY brands will be open later and close earlier on some days this weekend. As a result, anyone banking on visiting their local homeware or hardware store should check local opening hours before making the journey.

Wickes

When it comes to home improvement, Wickes is second only to B&Q.
