The Charlotte Tilbury sale has set beauty enthusiasts abuzz by slashing 20% off more than 60 items. Charlotte’s Magic Cream and Magic Serum are known for delivering radiant, plump skin, and I couldn’t agree more. Until March 6, shoppers can bag a 20% discount on certain items when they spend more than £50 using the code REDCARPET – and I have spotted a deal that includes both cult favourites for only £25 each.
The exclusive Magic Gift of Skin Revival kit comprises a Collagen Superfusion Facial Oil, Magic Serum Crystal Elixir, and a full-size Magic Cream Moisturiser, normally costing £79 on its own. Although the combined worth reaches £133, the set is priced at £95, and with the REDCARPET promo code, it drops even further to £76. The Magic Cream, often coined as the “magic dew of youth” and “luminosity in a jar”, is a staple for models and celebrities behind the scenes at fashion shows and award ceremonies. Its formula is rich in hyaluronic acid, peptide complex, vitamins A and E.
For those yet to experience the Magic Cream, I can attest that it has a distinctly richer, thicker feel compared to other moisturisers on the market. Applying a fine layer and performing the ‘Tilbury Tap’ facial massage technique yielded an immediately visible dewy sheen across my cheeks and forehead.
If you are not familiar with the massage technique, you simply start from the lower cheeks to sweep the cream out and upwards, then across your forehead. Next use the side of your index finger to gently pinch your cheekbones – again in upward and outward motions – and don’t forget your jawline. Then you run your fingers lightly from forehead to the chin in a fast tapping motion.
This helps my skin absorb the cream faster without leaving any residue or stickiness. It’s a nourishing day formula with SPF15 that is particularly suitable for cold weather as it caused minor breakouts on my combination skin during hot and humid conditions.
The Magic Serum Crystal Elixir, priced at £27, revitalises tired, dull skin. Packed with polyglutamic acid, which is four times more hydrating than hyaluronic acid, along with vitamin C, niacinamide, and peptides, the serum complements the Magic Cream seamlessly without feeling heavy, reports the Mirror.
A mere three to four drops from the pipette suffices for the entire face, and this 8ml travel-sized bottle lasts about two months. Although I haven’t sampled the facial oil, Charlotte has said: “My skin-nourishing, high performance face oil for spa-like radiance leaves skin glowing, plumper and healthier.”
With ingredients like superfood seed oils and a collagen matrix that promote cell renewal, it’s certainly an addition worth considering for your nightly regimen.
You’ll no doubt wake up to firmer skin. For a short period, the Magic Gift of Skin Revival, valued at £133, is available for just £76 when using the code REDCARPET.
Aside from Charlotte Tilbury, Debenhams is also offering an up to 20% discount online on Kiehl’s products, including this Mighty Midnight Renewal Set, which is reduced from £92 to £73.60. Trinny London continues its archive sale, with shoppers able to snag the Superhero Serums Set at a whopping 40% off.
