Netflix users are keen to discover who stars in Abigail, a gripping new horror-comedy that was added to the streaming platform over the weekend.

Directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, also known as Radio Silence, the directing duo behind Ready or Not and Scream (2022), it centres on a group of criminals hired to kidnap the daughter of a formidable crime boss.

Believing she’ll secure them a life-altering ransom, the motley crew soon realise their captive is no ordinary child when they begin to be eliminated one by one.

Abigail initially raked in $43 million (£32m) at the box office during its original cinema release in 2024 and is now set to attract an even larger audience now it’s readily available to stream, reports the Mirror.
