If you’re looking for a film you’ll never forget, there’s one you simply must consider. Based on a popular book by Stephen King, the film has gained the attention of fans ever since its release in 1999.

The Green Mile tells the story of a death row guard who learns that a gentle giant in his charge possesses a mysterious gift. The film explores themes of justice, miracles, and the human spirit. Its emotional story-telling has left its audience in tears but it’s a must-watch for movie-lovers.

The film was the first adaptation to gross more than $100million (£73million) in the USA.

The movie takes place on Death Row in a Louisiana state prison, the setting of the movie is a tense background for the story.
