I’ve tried a lot of makeup and skincare products, but there are two Charlotte Tilbury items I come back to again and again, and they both played a starring role on my wedding day. Let’s start with the big one: Charlotte’s Magic Cream. It works as both a moisturiser and primer, and I started using it in the run-up to my wedding. It makes my skin glow, evening out red patches and keeping it looking hydrated and plump.

The other absolute hero is the Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray (RRP £32). Setting sprays act like a top coat for your cosmetics; they leave a fine mist over the skin that locks everything in place. This one claims to last for 16 hours, providing an airbrush effect that smooths and blurs pores. My makeup artist used it to lock everything in on my big day, and even through dancing, drinking, sweating (it was hot that day), my makeup didn’t budge. It gave me a blurred, perfected look that didn’t feel powdery or tight.
