Alongside Ronan, The Outrun features Slow Horses’ Saskia Reeves, I May Destroy You actor Paapa Essiedu and Outlander’s Lauren Lyle.

His House

This unique horror film, released five years ago, follows a refugee couple from South Sudan who are haunted by an evil entity in their new home.
Not only does the story star Sinners actress Wunmi Mosaku, it also features House of the Dragon and Doctor Who legend Matt Smith.
The Forty-Year-Old Version

One of the most recent hidden treasures to land on Netflix is the romantic drama We Live In Time, featuring Spider-Man’s Andrew Garfield and Oppenheimer’s Florence Pugh.
We Live In Time chronicles the emotional, amusing and chaotic love story of two individuals who meet following an unexpected encounter, with the stars praised for their sizzling chemistry.
Okja

This action adventure sci-fi picture chronicles a young girl’s mission to rescue her enormous “super pig” from a mighty corporation, with critics calling it inventive, devastating and thought-provoking.
Okja was created in 2017 by director Bong Joon-ho who masterminded the multiple award-winning film Parasite.
Gerald’s Game

Adapted from Stephen King’s novel of the same title and helmed by The Haunting franchise’s Mike Flanagan, Gerald’s Game is a psychological thriller as well as a claustrophobic tale of survival.

Apostle

This 2018 gothic folk horror film has been lauded for its eerie tone. It tells the story of a man who infiltrates a religious cult on a remote Welsh island to save his sister.
