When a great pair of trousers are secured, and they’re good value, it’s no surprise shoppers tend to stock up on multiple. That’s exactly the case with the White Stuff Belle Tweedy Wide Leg Trousers that are proving so ‘flattering’, customers can’t resist adding two or more to their baskets.

Even better, the trousers are included in the White Stuff sale so where they would typically set someone back £65, they are now discounted to £35. That means shoppers can almost get two pairs of trousers for the price of one.

Boasting an on-trend wide leg, that would look effortlessly chic with boots or loafers, the leg-lengthening trousers are crafted from an autumn-appropriate tweed. They shouldn’t be itchy or scratchy, made from 18% organic cotton with 29% wool.

Rated 4.4 out of five by 394 reviewers, more than 250 people have given the full five stars. One person said: “I’m in love with these trousers! So, so comfortable, stylish and easy to wear, I don’t want to take them off! They go easily with everything and look like dark denim on.”

A second wrote: “These trousers have the wow factor for me. Fabulous pattern and lovely material.” And a third shared: “I knew as I was putting these on they’d be great – the material is lovely, great cut – very flattering.”

The trousers are only stocked in one colour, a dark grey/black, which may be appropriate for work. Some shoppers have complained that they wish there were more shades to choose from, saying ‘more colours, please!’

At Boden, shoppers can pick up this colourful pair of tailored trousers for £99. They have been called ‘very comfortable’ with ‘superb colours’. Channelling the autumn brown trend, the Yumi Wide Leg Trousers from Next at £50.

Another White Stuff customer was blown away by the Belle trousers, writing: “Great fit. Good for the office. Don’t need ironing which is a definite plus. Cosy for winter. Liked them so much I bought two pairs.”

Shoppers can find them on the White Stuff website on sale for £35 down from £65.
